We are currently seeking a passionate and self-motivated person that wants to engage with customers and provide personalized customer service to join our team. Bilingual English/Spanish, responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
Also responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, and schedule trainings. Computer knowledge Microsoft, Excel, and lend support for various departments.
