- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to meet with franchisees (70%).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Business Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry (preferably P&C) and a proven track record of training and developing successful franchise businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with franchise owners to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of franchise owners’ current business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies for success.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to franchise owners, helping them develop and implement sales, operations and customer service strategies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to help franchise owners better understand the insurance industry and their business operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between franchise owners and the company, providing timely and accurate updates on key business metrics and market trends.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with franchise owners, tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other business coaches and support teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including emerging trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
