- 3+ years of experience in the franchise industry, preferably in the insurance sector
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish (Highly Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with franchisees

Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Franchise Business Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry (preferably P&C) and a proven track record of training and developing successful franchise businesses. They will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the growth and success of our franchisees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs and materials for franchisees, including new franchisee training, ongoing skills training, and leadership development.
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for franchisees on a range of topics, including sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and operations
- Provide feedback and coaching to franchisees to improve their performance and develop their skills
- Monitor franchisee performance and provide ongoing training and support to address performance gaps
- Work with franchisees to develop individualized training plans to address their unique needs and goals
- Develop and maintain training metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to continuously improve the quality and impact of training programs
- Support the launch of new franchise locations by providing pre-opening training and support to franchisees
