Good afternoon, I have been a client of yours for 3 years and for the first time your company treats me as if I were asking for favors or some kind of help. I am a costumer in the way that Mrs. Wendy, owner of the agency, was in the most antithetical way. professional, rude, haughty and poorly educated, if I could communicate with a manager other than that lady, why are they really going to lose all the clients or is it not clear that it is a horrible service company?
