Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Texas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth as we continue expanding. As a Bilingual CSR, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and actively promote our products and services. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, or promote products and services.
  • Identify customer concerns and resolve them effectively to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address inquiries and complaints.
  • Strive to provide swift resolutions to customer issues while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
  • Actively promote our products using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments on complex issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM and Microsoft Office).
  • Call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, professional, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred (insurance field ideal).
  • Active P&C license is a plus.
  • We are willing to train the right candidate for P&C licensing.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
