Aweful.very rude and not negotiable, giving me only 2 options which was unfair to me 👋🌟🌟this comment was not intended for my agent she was awesome and kind , polite I was very happy with her it was the other lady that called me about my truck the adjuster she was who the first comment was about I apologize for the mix up but yeah my agent with hillco insurance needs a promotion
