Good afternoon, I've been a customer of yours for 3 years and this is my first time using your company. You treated me as if I were asking for favors or some kind of help. I'm a customer, and the way Mrs. Wendy, the owner of the agency, acted was extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and ill-mannered. Could I please speak with a manager other than that woman? Because you're really going to lose all your customers, isn't it clear that this is a company with terrible service?
