The service I received from this office was so bad that I would not recommend it to anyone. Incompetence in service, extremely high rates, nothing like those given by other insurance companies. All this without first taking into account that I spent more than a week calling to request a new quote and they responded that the girl who makes the quotations had a lot of work and that it took time (maybe they don't have more competent personnel in that office than just what I What you have to do is enter data into a computer, maybe in an office supposedly with so much work content they don't have anyone else to do that) Out of ethics I wanted to renew with them but the treatment was so bad that I had to change. I hope if someone on your team reads this they identify with the lack of professional ethics.

Terrible service, I canceled my policy since I found better prices and they still charged me, when it came to charging they were very good but when it came time to pay they washed their hands and we don't care. They do not send the quote on time and do the renewals without your prior authorization.

I don't know about staffers capability to speak English, which I can see is the most mentioned complaint in previous reviews, as I communicated to them in Spanish. What I can say based on my own experience is that people there demonstrated to be really professional, kind, and friendly. No complaints. So far I recommend this place 100%.
