STAY AWAY!!! What can you expect from an agency where the same employees give you 5 stars in the comments? These people are only interested in selling you, it's all very cool when they need you to take out a policy with them because of course they make a living from this. One star is too big for him. INEPTS don't do their job and I prefer not to go into details about my case but I don't recommend it to anyone.

I barely have time to dedicate to leaving reviews, but this time I would definitely like to let it be known how grateful my husband and I feel for the attention and help that MARIA MARTINEZ, one of the employees (employee) of the office in Doral, gave us. We had been paying more than $325 dollars in car insurance per month for several years, on several occasions we called trying to get someone at Univista to help us reduce the monthly payment without any success. Today my husband gave me a number that I heard on a of the radio stations and I told him that this is the same agency that I have called a thousand times. In the end we ended up communicating again. As soon as we were transferred to MARIA MARTINEZ she told us very confidently not to worry that she would help us......" and she did keep what she promised"... Thanks to her great knowledge and dedication I finally managed to find us a better price and a better insurance company, right now we will pay $145 a month for the same previous coverage. Thank you again MARIA MARTINEZ for your great help, in times like these we all need people like you. Blessings.
