I was very happy with this office when Eduardo worked here. After he left, the quality of service declined drastically.
This office is unprepared and lacks basic knowledge of the insurance business. Citizens sent me a Depopulation Offer effective November 2026, yet I was told my policy would be canceled in December 2025, even though my escrow had already paid the full premium. On December 15, I discovered the policy was not being canceled by Citizens. Instead, agent ROXANA MUNOZ submitted a cancellation request without my consent.
When I called back for clarification, Evelyn then claimed she never said that to me. This inconsistency highlights the lack of accountability in this office. This situation was completely avoidable and caused by serious mismanagement. I do not recommend this office. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Estaba muy satisfecha con esta oficina cuando Eduardo trabajaba aquí. Después de su salida, la calidad del servicio se deterioró drásticamente. Esta oficina no está preparada y demuestra una falta de conocimiento básico del negocio de seguros. Citizens me envió una oferta de despoblación efectiva para noviembre de 2026, sin embargo, me informaron que mi póliza sería cancelada en diciembre de 2025, a pesar de que mi cuenta de escrow ya había pagado la prima completa. El 15 de diciembre descubrí que la póliza no iba a ser cancelada por Citizens. En su lugar, la agente Roxana Muñoz presentó una cancelación sin mi autorización ni consentimiento.Cuando llamé nuevamente para aclarar la situación, Evelyn afirmó que nunca dijo que la póliza sería cancelada, contradiciendo directamente la información que me habían dado anteriormente. Esta situación era completamente evitable y fue causada por una grave mala gestión. No recomiendo esta oficina. MANTENGANSE ALEJADO.
