I tried to come in on a Tuesday afternoon around 2 to 240 and the door was locked. I was checking around for any signs to say if they’ve went on break or if it was closed, but none of that was shown. Then I look in the window and this lady saw me, stared dead in my eyes and got up and walked away towards the back, where two other people were sitting. I thought she may have been going to tell them that someone was at the door but nope. She acted as if she didn’t just look at me and known I was there. she could have just motioned or told me that they closed and that would’ve been fine. Then I waited there for a couple minutes, And still, nobody came up to the door and nobody told me anything. As I’m walking towards the parking lot, i noticed another lady on the phone and she just looks at me Like I’m crazy. I’m glad I turned around and went back to my car cause I do not want to deal with people who act like this… do better. All I wanted was a car insurance quote, or for them to let me know that it was closed. I would understand if they’re on break or if it was closed, but no, They lack the customer service skills to do that.

Great customer service. I was in and out in 30 mins or less. They helped me get the best possible deal on car insurance. There are plenty of distanced seats to wait. And there is a nice, clean bathroom for customers. The whole office was clean and tidy and there were plexy glass shields on every desk as a barrier from customer to agent. So no worries here. Make sure you bring a mask and your car title ??
