The employees don’t know what they’re doing!!!! They get people’s driver license suspended because the employees just don’t do their job. Their job was to send the insurance proof to Tallahassee and they never did. This is mind blowing, worst costumer service ever. There are people out there who really work hard and they don’t get hired because these people hire their “besties” or just because they know someone in the company!!!! MOST OF THESE EMPLOYEES JUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR LESS

Honestly the only reason why I added 2 stars is because the female employees for this company are fuego! Gorgeous Latin women with voluptuous bodies.That’s the only good thing I have to say about this insurance company or whatever they claim to be. The majority of employees don’t speak a word of English and yet we live in the ??. The claims department is a one time phone number that doesn’t even work properly. Honestly this chain of nonsense should be limited by our government. But w/e, that’s what happens when you live in a 200% capitalist country.Go quote with a more reputable company folks, pay the extra buck. These people will place you with un-loyal agents with less than legal insurance companies.My grandma always says “El aragan trabaja doble” and sucks to say that it’s true. You will end up paying a lot more quoting through UniVista in the end because you wanted to say a dollar. Don’t do it, you’ll fk up your credit.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN A STAR I WOULD! READ THIS BEFORE LOSING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. This is the worst insurance company every!!!!!!!!! look for a different insurance company the owner is rude to her customer she treats them like they are low class and don't have an understanding for anything. I cancelled my insurance policy on the 18th of April, the agent Carlos N. requested a letter on myself indicating i want to cancel the policy didn't bother asking why, emailed it to him, then he asked for a picture of my new insurance, gave it to him, then asked for a declaration form from my new insurance policy, gave it to him. He never once asked why i was leaving if there was something that they could do as an company to keep me as their customer. He never once explained to me that what would be my total refund back, never explained to me that National General Insurance has a policy that customer who leaving in the middle of the policy has to pay a penalty of 10%. After speaking with National General the owner said she would refund me the money because she doesn't want to have bad customer service. Then calls me less than an hour later rude and disrespectfully women tells me I'm wrong, they did everything right and that it was my fault. They stole over $230. They don't care about their customer, they don't explain the policy to the customer then promise a refund and don't deliver the refund. I will be calling back National General and i will even call Channel 7 Help me Howard to have them put this insurance company so everyone is SOFLO can know that Univisita Insurance and the owner Analedy something like that lies to her customers and doesnt have staff that explains everything.Oh and by the way if the OWNER SEE THIS IF YOU TAKE THIS DOWN I WILL REPOST IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS SO EVERYONE WILL KNOW THAT YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON YOU LIE TO CUSTOMER, YOU ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL.
