Marlyn is excellent, her customer service skills are 5 starts - She is very professional and kind. She helped us lower our car insurance policy rate. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she was very patience and answered all our questions with a lot o professionalism. Very helpful sales representative Beatriz Nunez! I was paying almost double with another company, however when I contacted Mrs. Nunez she had helped me find a lower quote. I am very grateful as now my monthly payments do not take a toll on my paychecks. I recommended this company and Mrs.Nunez to my partner, now he also pays close to half the amount he was paying with his previous insurance! I am extremely grateful, thank you Univista Insurance!

This company was able to get me a quote when many others were not able to. I worked with Iliana Sanabria who was amazing in that she was personable, knowledgeable , efficient and quite pleasant. She had the difficult task of finding coverage for me which included multiple vehicle and multiple drivers and found me a better quote than several other companies I had contacted. Would highly recommend.
