STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. THESE GIRLS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.Yaneixys is a joke, she knows nothing about doing her job correctly. I was referred by a friend and decided to try them out. After speaking with Yaneixys, she told me everything was signed and completed. I kept receiving text messages from the insurance company stating that I still needed to sign a document, when I called Yaneixys, she told me "don't worry, everything is signed, I'll call you if anything". Last week I received a letter in the mail from the insurance company letting me know that the discount I was receiving was forfeited because I did not sign the required document. I've called their office numerous times and they just put me on hold and tell me they will call me back and never do.They just want your money and their commission.ESTRELLA INSURANCE IS MUCH BETTER..TRUST ME.
