I called to verify insurance coverages of one of their clients. I am not Bi-lingual. This was a BIG obstacle. They listed the Underwriter on the certificate they sent out I was trying to confirm the actual insuring company. After 10 minutes of explaining to the woman that understood me that it was an underwriter not the insurer listed she then told me to call the underwriter and gave me the phone # for another Univision office who I then was on the phone with for 12 minutes for them to tell me they are not their customer...Called the first office back (same lady) after being on hold for 5 minutes Googled the Underwriter called and got the info I needed and was still on hold for her. To give credit where due...20 minutes later the 2nd office called back to let me know she continued to look and found they insured in their system. MORE TRAINING NEEDED
