I've had such a fantastic experience with Univista Insurance, primarily thanks to John. He truly has been great to work with. What stands out most is his excellent customer service. I worked with Ms. Neyvis Nunez, who is a wonderful professional. We moved back to the US a year ago after working and living in a tiny island country for over 9 years. When I needed a new car but couldn’t drive it out of the dealership uninsured, Neyvis got me fantastic coverage for a great price so I was able to get my car out the minute it was prepped. When I finally needed home insurance on a first floor condo after we had basically hurricane-proofed our home, she again came through for us that same day. She has worked with me through my computer illiteracy with patience and kindness. I would recommend this insurance company, and especially Ms Nunez to anyone needing quick insurance at great prices from solid companies.

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! My daughter just got her license and her first car so that alone is stressful enough for a Mom, right?! … After I helped my daughter get insurance through my insurance which is progressive, I realized she was paying way to much!
Luckily, I found Ibis Perez with Univista Insurance… she was so helpful, patient and understanding. I feel like we drove her crazy but the entire time she was willing and able to assist with every question and concern. Now my daughter has good and affordable insurance and I am considering switching over as well, the customer service alone is worth it! I would definitely recommend this company and you should ask for Ibis!!
