I had to cancel my insurance with these people because from $200 they wanted to raise me to $375 a month for a renewal, I have been driving since I was 15 years old, zero accidents, everything is perfect and the excuse they give me is that due to COVID the parts are more expensive Therefore they have to raise the policies, in other words the impudence to the utmost.After canceling, months later they keep calling me to take out a policy with them and after being told no in a polite and respectful manner they hang up on you as if you were a dog.What a lack of respect and lack of professionalism they have for God.ADVICE THAT I GIVE TO EVERYONE WHO READS THIS MESSAGE “TAKE OUT YOUR POLICIES DIRECTLY WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANIES, DO NOT DO IT THROUGH THIRD PARTIES.” I WENT FROM THESE LITTLE PEOPLE WANTING TO CHARGE ME $375 PER MONTH TO KEEPING ME AT THE SAME THING I HAVE ALWAYS PAID SINCE I HAD A DRIVER'S LICENSE IN 2014 AND WITH A GREAT AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY WITH FULL COVER”Don't be fooled anymore!!!!Ivan Herrera, train your employees a little more to be professionals, I know how commissions work but this goes beyond the limits.PS: One star because 0 won't let me give...Good day
