This is the best Insurance Agency I have ever dealt with, I have lived in Atlanta, Virginia and since I moved to Florida 26 years ago, I always felt insecure about Home Insurance, I felt I was dealing with a black whole that if I needed it, I wouldn’t know who to reach out to, until I met Kitty Barkett and Pilar Galvez, I know that if I ever have a claim they are there and will fight for me, they recommended the best for my needs and I can now sleep much better at night.Insurance in Florida is not an easy subject but they really make you feel you are dealing with family.Thank you all!!!!

After hurricane Ina in Sept 2022 hit Ft.Meyers, my home owners insurance on my house in Cocoa Beach Florida Doubled...Doubled! There was no damage to my house whatsoever and no flooding. Kitty was able to procure a Home Owners insurance policy with Univista that was considerably lower than my previous Policy. Thank you Kitty Walker Perez. In a matter of 48 hours from my initial call to Kitty, I had a new policy in place. I highly recommend Kitty. She has followed up with me to make sure the transition between my previous insurance company and Univista has been smooth and no delays in payments.
