I talked to Jean from Univista insurance and he was able to, not only find me the best (lowest) insurance rate, but he adjusted my down payment to get my an amazingly low monthly rate. I can't say enough great things because he did it in under 15 minutes and I haven't had insurance for years, so imagine how many companies didn't even want me.I would say come here if you want professional and timely service.Also he gave me his cellphone number to reach him anytime there may be a problem and checks in more than my kids..
Jean was very professional and help to me a lot, have a wonderful costumer service, i feel so comfortable and happy to get business with him.
Miguel S was the representative i worked with and he got everything I needed done quickly and accurately. Everyone else I spoke to at the office were polite as well. Got a decent rate for my homeowners and flood policies.
Update: Ms. Ana p seemed to be the only competent person in helping me cancel my insurance and provide me with all the info i needed. I personally give her 5 stars for handling business with me. Everyone else gets 0 stars. Too much attitude and too much transferring of personnel because no one wanted to help me or talk with me. Thank you ANA and only Ana.Im trying to cancel my policy and of course I have to jump through hoops trying to cancel it. Just don’t bother using them as your agents. Apparently there’s only 1 person that’s able to cancel a policy and every time I call she’s unavailable. Ridiculous. Make sure you know the difference between not wanting to renew and canceling because they’ll try to nickel and dime you and play with words so they can charge you even though you no longer have the car, and canceled the registration so why is not renewing the same as canceling. And I even told them I moved so why would I need a policy after moving out of state, with no car or registration?! And I’m explaining this to the person I just spoke with and she acted like she didn’t hear me and hung up the phone!!
