Very professional and one of the most honest people he knows. I recommend Adriel as a manager and person.
The worst company of all, they did not want to take care of the fact that they did not send the documents to my insurance and they canceled my policy. Now I have a lost deposit of $343 and every time I ask them to take responsibility for the mistake made, they come out saying they have more clients to answer and they hang up on me. Specifically, I spoke with the owner Adriel Reyes himself and if he is capable of being that way, I can't imagine what the entire company will be like. Also, if you like, I can send you the evidence of everything that happened since literally for me this was a robbery because I was left without a policy and without a deposit.
I definitely recommend this insurance!! They've got great plans, great and affordable options that cater to everyone's needs for insurance.
Excellent service, people in the office are very professional and always attentive to the well-being of their clients and the best way to help them with their insurance procedures. The best experience ever.
Working with Adriel is quite an experience! He is very professional, friendly, helpful and makes you feel like family. He will find the best deal out there for you no matter what. I've had past experiences where it all comes down to a pure business exchange but, believe me when I say, working with Adriel makes you enjoy the process with all the chats, jokes and laughs involved ;-) I recommend him 100%!
