This was my first experience purchasing vehicle insurance and I couldn't be more disappointed. Lack of information, exaggerated increase in the value of the policy for no reason, collection errors and deplorable customer service. Today I was assisted by a man who leaves much to be desired and with a total lack of culture he did not allow me to speak, and without having any knowledge about the subject that I needed, he began to shout into the phone as if I were in his house and finishing off telling me that I was no longer a client of “him” giving me to understand that that is why he could talk to me however he wanted. These types of characters should not serve the public since they do not have the necessary education to do so; They should choose their employees much better and take care of their customers who are the reason for their business. One star is too many!

Univista is a company that is not clear about the estimates, they tell you a price and then after a week they raise your monthly payment. The justification they give is the "system." Please, is there someone in this country who knows who owns the system so they can demand the error? Univista, especially this office, has not been able to answer my question about who is making the mistake. They should change or fix the system. There is something wrong and it is not the client. They are sellers of a product that is insurance and they are happy to say that they are not responsible for what they sell that they are not to blame for the problems that the client has with the insurance in this case Infiniti. Hopefully the money they raised will help you buy enough medicine.

I have been with this insurance company for the past couple of months and I have to say they are the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with, I was overcharged today for insurance and when I called to dispute it the employee Dayanis and the owner Fernando were both aggressively defensive with me to the point where the owner deliberately hung up the phone on me before I could even finish saying what I had to say. I attempted to e-mail the secretary several times requesting for a breakdown of my payments and for the contract that I signed that I agreed to be charged over $100.00 more than my last month payment on fees..
