After countless insurance companies advertising and saying there the cheapest come shop with them, only to find out they hav hidden fees and really just display false advertisement. But today finding a company to where they really help you and communicate with you, to where you almost forget your shopping for insurance. Univista actually took there time, to giv me the insurance to fit my needs not just read off a computer screen and take my money. This representative by the name of Isabel munguia went above and beyond to help me, took her time to where as she looked for the best insurance policy for my 3 vehicles, we also laughed and joked bout everyday life and Makin things easy, no hidden fees but a straight shooter that knows her job very well and help me compare different prices and policies. I recommend univista to anyone, not knowing the other staff at this company, but hope ur lucky enough to get agent Isabel to help you with your insurance policy. Cause it feels good when someone actually wanna help u show casing she loves her job and enjoy helping you.

I called to get a quote for auto insurance. The lady who I spoke to ( Judith) was very kind and patient with me. She was quick to answer any questions I had as well. She was detailed on the policy that was offered to me. I would recommend calling and asking for her l, she is very helpful.

Brittany Crystal was awesome! She helped me find Insurance in a timely manner. In the middle of accepting one Insurance, I changed my mind and she looked up another within a couple minutes and had me signing paperwork and one my way. She stayed on the phone the whole time and helped me step by step. Would definitely recommend Her and Univista Insurance.
